With the Word Viewer you can open Word 2003 documents, but also documents created with all the previous versions of Microsoft Word for Windows and Microsoft Word for Macintosh. With Word Viewer, you can display, print, and copy the content of documents to other programs. However, you can neither change a document, nor save or create one.

With the Microsoft Office Excel 2003 Viewer, you can open, display and print Excel sheets, even if Excel is not installed on your computer. You can also copy data from Excel Viewer 2003 to another program. However, you can neither change the sheets, nor save or create a binder.

With the PowerPoint Viewer you can now show fully-functional presentations created with PowerPoint 97 and later. This viewer handles also password-protected presentations. You can view and print presentations, however you will not be able to change such files.

With the Visio 2003 viewer, users can view Visio drawings and diagrams (created with Visio 5, 2000, 2002 or 2003) in their Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, version 5.0 or later. It is possible to print the drawing in Internet Explorer, but only the currently displayed part of it. The Visio 2003 viewer enables the use of Visio drawings, diagrams and illustrations in a web environment.
